Approval

Last Friday we got our I600 approval from the US government, then on Saturday we were logged out of the national visa center and this week they are sending our packet to the US Embassy in Seoul. What does all this mean, it means that the US government says we are all set to bring our baby home!!!! Yeah!!!! It doesn't change our waiting time for our Korean exit papers. It just means that as soon as Korea give the word, we are all set to travel to our baby and have him in our arms!!!! We did learn last week that Korea has added a step to the process that will affect us. We now have to be approved by Korea's family court before we can get an EP (Emigration permit) and Gabriel's visa interview. It is only "suppose" to add about 2-3 weeks to our wait, but of course this step is new so no one really knows for sure how long it will take! We are just praying and fasting that we will get a miracle, and things will move forward quickly! We are hoping by the end of this year, although our agency is still saying in the spring.
It is just nice to have something happen, it was starting to feel very stagnant. It's fun to celebrate one more step down!!! Here is to hoping that we will get the best Christmas gift ever!!!!!!!!!
